Conflict of Interest. 

A common play by other firms is to win your F&A Outsourcing (e.g., accounts payable) and then later upsell you Deductions Management Auditing.  We think that’s a major conflict of interest. They have a perverse incentive not to implement proactive measures that would otherwise erode their gain share.

 

That’s why we only do Deductions Management Auditing.  We forensically audit your operations and drive real change.  Does it ultimately cannibalize our gain-share revenue… yes, but it’s the right thing to do for our clients.

Since 2017, Jack has been helping large CPG companies identify their own “surprising truths” and implementing solutions to recapture true value.  His 27-year career at Procter & Gamble as a mechanical engineer in R&D, attorney in Legal and buyer in Purchases (Indirect, GBS, IT, HR and Transportation) has afforded Jack tremendous experience and expertise in CPG.  Jack has collaborated with the largest firms in the world (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Infosys, EY, PWC, Genpact, AlixPartners) and knows their strengths, weaknesses and more importantly the games some of them play.  Jack started DVP because he wanted to help CPG companies by leveraging his own CPG in-house experience.
